Sweet & Smoky Honey Drizzle for Cheese
This 2 minutes-to-prep honey drizzle, featuring Winemaker’s Pantry Pinot Spice Pairing, takes your favorite hard or semi-soft cheeses over the top in flavor!
Try it as part of a Napa Style Charcuterie & Cheese Platter when entertaining or, just enjoy it all on its own with a few crackers and a nice glass of Russian River(CA) or Willamette Valley (OR) Pinot. You won’t want your cheese any other way after!
TasteMaker’s Note: We used an incredible Northwestern Fireweed Honey from our good friends at Moon Shine Trading Co., available at zspecialtyfood.com … superior honey products well worth ordering online or, you can substitute with a light amber honey like Clover or Wildflower from your local grocer.

- 1/4 cup Fireweed, Clover or Wildflower Honey
